We, PT. Pancawarna Mineral Indonesia trading in collaboration with minerals, confirmed with full corporate offer responsibility, that we are ready, and capable to enter into a contract to sell the commodity, with the following terms, conditions and specifications as stated below. The sales and purchase contract would be in accordance with international standards and procedures. 

Willing and able to enter into contractual agreement with the Buyer for the sales of the following commodity as follows:

Commodity : Iron Sand FOB ON PORT INDONESIA

  1. IRON SAND FE> 50% - 53% SEPARATOR, FOB MOTHER VESSEL
  2. IRON SAND FE> 55% - 57% SEPARATOR, FOB MOTHER VESSEL
  3. IRON SAND FE> 58% - 60% SEPARATOR, FOB MOTHER VESSEL

 

A. Mining site: Cilacap, West Java

Capacity : 30.000 – 50.000 Metric per Month
Vessel Port : Int'l Port Tanjung Intan, Cilacap, Central of Java
Mine to Loading Port : +/- 70 Km
Miner Name : PT. AUS 
Loading Schedule : Vessel 35 day after LC Confirm Bank to Seller 
Quantity : 30.000 MT for first shipment, After 200.000 MT/month

 

B. Mining site: KENDAL - JEPARA, CENTER Java

Capacity : 20.000 – 50.000 Metric per Month
Vessel Port : Anchorage Vessel (2-3 Milles, You can see the Vessel)
Mine to Jety Port : +/- 10 Km
Miner Name : PT. PNT 
Loading Schedule : Vessel 45 day after LC Confirm Bank to Seller 
Quantity : 30.000 MT for first shipment, After 200.000 MT/month

 

Term of Payment :

  1. T/T advance 40% transfer to account Bank, after sign contract agreement, 50% before loading on port container/mother vessel, and 10% Cash after document complete, value allowing partial shipment allowed.
  2. SBLC ON BANKS LOCAL , IM ACCEPTED
    Definition:Standby letter of credit standby letters of abbreviation SBLC (credit) is also called guarantee letters of credit, which does not to pay the value of commodities trading for the purpose, and with the loan financing, or guaranteed loan repayment for the purpose of the l/c. OR USEND LC
