We, PT. Pancawarna Mineral Indonesia trading in collaboration with minerales, confirmed with full corporate offer responsibility, that we are ready, and capable to enter into a contract to sell the commodity, with the following terms, conditions and specifications as stated below. The sales and purchase contract would be in accordance with international standards and procedures. Willing and able to enter into contractual agreement with the Buyer for the sales of the following commodity as follows:

  1. T/T advance 40% transfer to account Bank, after sign contract agreement, 50% before loading on port container/mother vessel, and 10% Cash after document complete, value allowing partial shipment allowed.
  2. SBLC ON BANKS LOCAL , IM ACCEPTED
    Definition:Standby letter of credit standby letters of abbreviation SBLC (credit) is also called guarantee letters of credit, which does not to pay the value of commodities trading for the purpose, and with the loan financing, or guaranteed loan repayment for the purpose of the l/c. OR USEND LC.
