TERMS OF GOODS :
Commodity : Indonesian Crushed Steam Coal in Bulk.
Origin : South and East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Quantity Supply : quantities ordered should be in the multiples 
of 50,000MT ±10% per month for period of 12 (twelve) months for each calorie.
Coal specifications : based on ASTM/ISO standards as below :

TERM OF DELIVERY AND SHIPMENTS :

  1. Delivery : FOB Mother Vessel at any port of Indonesia
  2. Port of Loading : Open sea Anchorage, Taboneo and or Tanjung Pemancingan, and or Muara Satui, South Kalimantan.
  3. Loading rate : 8,000-15,000 MT/WWD SHINC, depend on the vessel facilities.
  4. Vessel requirement : Buyer to nominate a self-loading (craned & geared) vessel suitable for carrying 50,000MT ±10%.
  5. First Shipment of 50,000 MT within 25 days after seller receipt of buyer's financial instrument.

 

Term of Payment :

  1. T/T advance 40% transfer to account Bank, after sign contract agreement, 50% before loading on port container/mother vessel, and 10% Cash after document complete, value allowing partial shipment allowed.
  2. SBLC ON BANKS LOCAL , IM ACCEPTED
    Definition:Standby letter of credit standby letters of abbreviation SBLC (credit) is also called guarantee letters of credit, which does not to pay the value of commodities trading for the purpose, and with the loan financing, or guaranteed loan repayment  for the purpose of the L/C. OR USANCE LC.
  3. We also accept payment by Irrevocable Letter of Credit Transferable/Non Transferable, payable 100% at sight against B/L and shipping documents. The L/C must be issued or confirmed by a Prime International Bank acceptable by the seller (HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank, Deutsche Bank are acceptable).
    Performance Bond : Seller shall issue 2% Performance Bond ON SAME ON receiving L/C operative.
  4. INSPECTION : Weight based on draft survey results at loading point obtained by SGS or CCIC an independent, certified draught surveyor. Sampling and Analyses based on loading point results obtained by SGS or CCIC an independent, certified surveillance company. Pre-Shipment Inspection must be done by an independent, certified surveillance company to certify the availability of stock to be loaded before vessel send to loading port by buyer. SELLER shall prepare well at least 80% of all cargo at the loading port 7 days before vessel's arrival at loading port.

 

If the above terms and conditions agreeable to you and the specification meet your requirement, kindly issued LOI (on Buyer's Letterhead) and or ICPO, addressed to PT. PANCAWARNA MINERAL INDONESIA, we will send Official FCO, draft contract, draft PB and other supporting documents immediately
